I aim to collaboratively work with you to find underlying factors contributing to your sub-optimal health; this involves comprehensive assessment of symptoms, medical history, functional testing, and dietary and lifestyle evaluation. From here a collaborative personalised strategy is formulated, including implementation of herbal remedies, supplements and dietary and lifestyle advice. Educational resources are provided to empower you with the tools necessary to make informed decisions about your health; I firmly believe that health cannot be achieved from a disempowered state.

REWILDING PHILOSOPHY
I was struck by the beautiful simplicity of the common sense applied to the rewilding efforts of Yellowstone National Park and the similarities in how we approach health; our culture regarding health has become reactionary, we address symptoms rather than addressing causal issues of sub-optimum health. Poor diet and lifestyle factors are
major risk factors in the development and perpetuation of a range of chronic diseases, however receiving personalised information and resources on dietary and lifestyle recommendations is often unavailable through conventional medicine.
The body is a complex and interconnected system where physical, mental, and emotional aspects are interwoven; the rewilding approach recognises that imbalances in one area can affect the overall well-being of the individual. I aim to work with you to take a comprehensive history of illness, diet, lifestyle and then collaboratively implement dietary and lifestyle modifications that seek to address underlying issues contributing to sub-optimal health. I firmly believe health cannot be achieved from a disempowered state; thus, I will work with you toincrease your knowledge base regarding your health by providing resources allowing you to be central in your own healing journey.
